Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below, we have outlined the standard cancellation and refund procedure for all Travelove packages.

Cancellation Fees

• 30 Days or more prior to departure: 10% of the total package cost.
• 15 to 29 Days prior to departure: 30% of the total package cost.
• 7 to 14 Days prior to departure: 50% of the total package cost.
• Less than 7 Days prior to departure: No Refund.

Process for Refund

To request a cancellation, you must send a formal request in writing to info@nstravelove.com. Upon receiving the cancellation notice, our team will calculate the applicable refund amount as per the policy above.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 to 15 business days directly back to the original mode of payment used during booking.

Third-Party Bookings

Please note that any cancellation charges levied by third-party suppliers, such as airlines or partner hotels, will also be deducted from the refund amount, as their independent policies will apply.
